Front Office Staff

Becky previously worked in orthodontics and is enjoying the dental field. She believes treating patients like family and providing the highest level of care is a priority. Becky lives in Ashburn with her husband and has two sons. Zach works at the Smithsonian and Casey attends JMU. She loves to work out, walk her 2 dogs and spend time exploring Loudoun County with her husband, Joe.

Lilly has been in the dental field since 1989 and been in a receptionist here at our office since 2015. Her experience in the field, especially in the area of insurance has been a great asset to our office.  She enjoys building relationships with our patients and our team. Lilly lives in Leesburg with her husband. When she is not at work, you will find her gardening, walking her dogs Sophie and Ryder or taking care of her adorable grandbabies.

Dental Assistants

Kelsea has been with Cardinal Park Family Dental Care since 2012. She loves using the best technology available in dentistry and assisting in life-changing dental surgeries. Kelsea’s goal is to help patients understand their care and have a pleasant experience. Kelsea lives in Round Hill and enjoys nature walks and visiting local wineries.

Kelsey Ann has been a dental assistant at Cardinal Park Family Dental since 2018. She loves working in the dental field; meeting new people and learning something new everyday. She lives in Lovettsville, VA with her family and her two favorite dogs, Millie and Trixi. Some of her favorite activities outside of work are spending time with her family and watching Netflix. She also enjoys spending weekends at Smith Mountain Lake.

Bianka has been in the dental field since 2020. She loves to meet new people and learn new things every day. She also loves to make people smile. Bianka is bilingual in both English and Spanish.

Dental Hygienists

Marjan graduated from NOVA in 1991 and completed her BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland  in 1994. Marjan joined Cardinal Park Family Dental Care in August 2015.  Marjan brings experience that not only reflects in her clinical skills, but also in her care and concern that she has for each patient.  Continuing education for her is paramount. She love to keep current with the latest technology and resources that impact the oral health care industry and ultimately the health of our patients. Marjan lives in Ashburn with her husband and son. When she is not at work, you will find Marjan at Orange Theory fitness, skiing and spending quality time with her family.

Heather has been in the dental field since 2007. Her favorite part about her job is building relationships with her patients. Heather lives in Middletown, VA with her husband and three girls. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and exploring outdoors.

After graduating from Lehigh University with a BS in Biology, Mary Grace began her career in dentistry at Cardinal Park Family Dental Care in 2013. She decided to go back to dental hygiene school and graduated from Virginia Western Community College in 2020. Mary Grace is passionate about dentistry and enjoys providing individualized care and oral health education to patients, while alleviating dental fear and anxiety in order to achieve healthy, beautiful smiles!  
In Mary Grace’s free time, she is a soccer enthusiast. She is a Loudoun Soccer coach and plays on multiple soccer teams. 
 

Beth has been in the dental field since 1995 as an assistant and a front office manager. Beth decided to progress her dental career as a dental hygienist and graduated college in 2000.

She loves meeting new people and getting to know my patients. She has a daughter who is married and has two little boys. In her free time she enjoys exercising on her peloton and going to her beach house.
